What are we doing in response to COVID-19

As we welcome you back to our hotel, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols. We are redefining our cleaning & safety standards and we will be actively monitoring and evolving our solutions to ensure we have a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates. All aspects of our business with be addressed, from public spaces, guest rooms to in-house dining. 

Is our restaurant open?

 Yes. Our opening hours at Ewe’n Me are,

Breakfast: Tuesday to Friday, 7am to 9am | Saturday & Sunday, 7.30am to 9.30am

Dinner: Tuesday to Thursday 6pm – 8:30pm | Friday & Saturday 6pm – 9pm | (Closed Public Holidays)

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 2.00pm, If you require to check-in earlier please call our friendly team to organise. Early check-in are subject to availability.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is by 10.00am. If you require a late check-out, please contact our friendly team. There will be an additional charge and it is subject to availability.

Do we accept cash payments?

Yes we do accept cash payments but will require you to leave a $200 cash deposit at reception which will be returned on check-out.

What card types do we accept?

Mastercard, Visa & AMEX, these cards are available at a 1.3% surcharge for all transactions. We do not charge a surcharge on debit cards.

Is smoking allowed?

Outside in designated areas.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, we have free parking for our guests.  Please note, there is no designated parking for individual rooms and overflow parking can park at the rear of our property.

Do you provide extra bedding?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any roll-away beds. Only the Cottage has a Sofa Bed, and it can be made up for use at $30 and is subject to availability. 

All cots requested cost $20.

Can I check in later than 10:00pm?

Yes we have late check in available . Please make sure you call our friendly team to let us know you will be arriving late and we will provide you with our late check-in procedure.

Do you have baths?

Several rooms have baths and are available on request and it are subject to availability. These rooms may be at an additional price for the upgrade.

Are there kitchens in the rooms?

We have rooms that have a kitchenette, if you require a room with a full kitchen, then please contact our friendly team. These rooms are subject to limited availability and may occur an upgrade charge.

Do you have elevators?

There is no elevators on site, if you require a room on the ground floor please let us know at the time of your booking.

Do we allow pets?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our hotel rooms or onsite in a vehicle overnight.
